Containers Suitable for International Shipping

Not all container grades qualify for ocean transport. Here's what you need to know:

Eligible for International Shipping

  • New (1-Trip) - IICL certified, valid CSC plate, factory fresh
  • Used Cargo Worthy (CW) - Valid CSC certification, structurally sound, minimal wear
Both New and Cargo Worthy containers include valid CSC certification and meet all international shipping requirements.

Not Eligible for International Shipping

  • Wind & Watertight (WWT) - No CSC certification, retired from ocean service
  • As Is - No certification, may have structural damage
WWT and As Is containers are ideal for domestic storage but cannot be used for international ocean freight.
